🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in retail or consumer products industry preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and teams.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant IT management certifications.
• Proficiency in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with retail and consumer products industry trends and technologies.
