📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain 31-50 Ton Mercy Arocs 4845 trucks, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily operations.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections and post-shift checks to ensure all equipment is safe and operational.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to optimize truck performance and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with the team to load and unload materials efficiently, adhering to safety and operational guidelines.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the maintenance team immediately.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new safety protocols and equipment maintenance practices.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations specific to mining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment, preferably 31-50 Ton trucks.
• Valid Heavy Equipment Operator License (SIM A) and good driving record.
• Certification in Heavy Equipment Maintenance (e.g., from PTKI or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations specific to mining operations.
• Familiarity with using equipment management software (e.g., SAP or similar).
