📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces using industry-standard cleaning products.
• Inspect and maintain furniture, fixtures, and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
• Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Follow and adhere to strict cleaning and sanitation protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining guest rooms for check-in and check-out.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new cleaning technologies.
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment such as Ecolab's ProClean and Clorox's Disinfectant Wipes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the Housekeeping Supervisor and other team members.
• Valid certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
