📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform accurate and timely production cost calculations using SAP and other costing software.
• Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and generate detailed costing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and track cost variances to ensure compliance with budgetary targets.
• Collaborate with production and finance teams to ensure costing data accuracy.
• Assist in the development and implementation of cost control measures.
• Provide costing support during peak production periods.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to costing and financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SAP and other costing software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP Indonesia) is a plus.
• Familiarity with the agri-food industry is a plus.
