📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate the bar efficiently, preparing and serving drinks to customers
- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and managing cash transactions
- Assist with pastry handling, including stocking, organizing, and delivering pastries to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and cashier area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of bar and pastry supplies
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bar operations, cashiering, and pastry handling
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Experience with food and beverage service is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian and English languages
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
