📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality department, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage and mentor a team of 50+ staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive the resort's overall performance and profitability.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Represent the resort at industry events and conferences.
• Continuously innovate and adapt to emerging trends in the luxury hospitality sector.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in high-end hospitality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing luxury hospitality operations.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality trends and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using hospitality management software such as PMS (Property Management System), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and data analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in luxury hospitality management or a similar field is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian languages.
