📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and meet sales targets.,Train and motivate staff to ensure they are performing at their best.,Ensure that the store is well-organized and that all health and safety regulations are followed.,Work closely with the marketing team to promote the store and attract new customers.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure that the store is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to meet sales targets and improve store performance.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
