📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong customer base by identifying, prospecting, and converting potential clients.,Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
