MERIDIAN Lestari is seeking a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning and development, and a strong understanding of educational principles and practices. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's learning and development objectives.,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address those needs.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and workshops.,Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs meet the needs of the organization.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them reach their full potential.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong understanding of educational principles and practices.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
