Moon Port Corporindo is seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality pastries and desserts that delight our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes and customer specifications.,Ensure that all pastries and desserts meet quality standards and are presented attractively.,Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.,Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to prevent foodborne illnesses.,Work with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.,Keep up-to-date with the latest baking techniques and trends to continuously improve the quality of pastries and desserts.,Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items to keep the product offering fresh and exciting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to create and deliver high-quality pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools is a plus.,Education in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.,Experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant or bakery is a plus.
