📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the café, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the café.Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to improve efficiency and productivity.Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the café.Ensure that the café is a welcoming and enjoyable environment for customers.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the café and coffee industry.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality management, business administration, or a similar field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management in a café or similar environment.Strong knowledge of coffee and café operations, including brewing methods, equipment, and menu development.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales and financial performance.Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other members of the management team.🛠️ Keahlian
