📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate technical documents, manuals, and reports between Mandarin and Indonesian, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Facilitate meetings and discussions between Chinese technical team members and local employees, ensuring effective communication.
• Assist in training and onboarding new employees, helping them understand technical processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and accurate translation of project-related documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and communications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
• Assist in quality control processes, reviewing translations for accuracy and adherence to technical standards.
• Support the local team in resolving any language-related issues or misunderstandings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with a strong understanding of technical terminology.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Interpretation, Linguistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in language interpretation or translation, preferably in a technical or industrial context.
• Certification in Mandarin-Indonesian interpretation or translation from a recognized institution.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using translation software such as Trados, memoQ, or similar.
• Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
