📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry department, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to meet customer demands and trends.,Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastry products, adhering to health and safety standards.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to maintain high standards and improve skills.,Manage the budget for the pastry department, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pastry items into the overall dining experience.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and ensure timely restocking of ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing a pastry team.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Passionate about creating innovative and delicious pastry items.
