Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives and drive growth.,Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decisions.,Create and maintain comprehensive data models and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.,Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends.,Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, communicating findings and recommendations.,Manage and optimize data infrastructure to ensure efficient data processing and storage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
