Camp Max Lestari is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Bidan to join our team. As a Lead Bidan, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients, including prenatal, postnatal, and general health care.,Conducting regular health check-ups and providing medical advice to patients.,Assisting in the delivery of babies and providing postnatal care.,Managing a team of bidan and providing guidance and support.,Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Participating in continuous professional development and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery, or equivalent.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bidan.,Certification as a Lead Bidan or equivalent.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and standards.,Fluency in Indonesian language.,Valid medical license and insurance.
