Tanggung Jawab:

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staff and delegate tasks effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of event details and guest information.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on event outcomes and feedback.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or event management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using event management software.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
