📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage sales operations in the assigned area.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor sales teams to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
