📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs and materials that align with company goals and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring clear communication and engagement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to understand training requirements and provide solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of new training initiatives.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing team-building activities and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
