📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide accurate and timely interpretation between Japanese and Indonesian for meetings, presentations, and other business communications
• Assist in drafting and translating critical business documents, ensuring clarity and cultural appropriateness
• Support the implementation of Japanese business protocols and customs within the Indonesian workplace
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration
• Stay updated on industry trends and manufacturing processes to provide informed interpretation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication across language barriers
• Attend and contribute to team meetings, providing valuable insights and interpretations
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) and proficient Indonesian
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Japanese interpreter, preferably in manufacturing or related industries
• Strong understanding of Japanese business culture and etiquette
• Excellent communication, listening, and note-taking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using interpretation software such as Skype Translator or Simult
• Valid work permit for Indonesia, if applicable
