Web One Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated and professional Teller to join our team. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing financial transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring a positive banking experience.,Processing various financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently.,Assisting customers with account inquiries, balance checks, and other banking services.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and customer interactions.,Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Handling cash and ensuring the safekeeping of financial assets.,Promoting the bank's products and services to attract new customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using basic banking software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and practices.,Familiarity with English is a plus.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (office and remote).
