PT Pertiwi Jaya is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is an urgent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about logistics and fleet management. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our business and requires someone who is detail-oriented and can work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, fuel, and insurance.,Ensure all vehicles are in safe and operational condition before and after each use.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, and monitor maintenance records.,Oversee the fuel management process, including ordering, delivering, and recording fuel usage.,Manage vehicle insurance and ensure all policies are up-to-date and compliant.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and effectively.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
