As a Consortium Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of consortium agreements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial support to project teams. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that financial targets are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial aspects of consortium and joint venture agreements, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Provide financial support to project teams, including cost control, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for consortium and joint venture projects, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and manage the financial performance of consortium and joint venture projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that financial targets are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consortium partners and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in consortium and joint venture financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related field, with a focus on consortium and joint venture projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficient in using financial software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certification in project management or financial management is a plus.
