📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high product standards.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to production standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the production industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with quality control and safety regulations.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.
