📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop and restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train staff, providing clear instructions and guidance to ensure high standards of service.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop and implement operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software used in the food and beverage industry.
