In this role, you'll work closely with our finance manager, using tools like QuickBooks and Excel to manage daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and assist in the preparation of financial statements. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process daily financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Support the finance manager in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed, including sales, operations, and human resources.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Participate in audits and other financial reviews as required, providing necessary documentation and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
