📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage and mentor retail sales teams to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs for retail sales consultants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a retail environment.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
