Flowserve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting with US GAAP standards and SOX compliance requirements. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations and supporting our global financial reporting processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP standards,Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) requirements and internal controls,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks,Support the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets,Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address audit findings and recommendations,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making,Maintain and update financial reporting systems and processes,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,10+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field,Strong knowledge of US GAAP standards and SOX compliance requirements,Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau),Experience working in a multinational or global environment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
