Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.,Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet and exceed their sales goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales goals are aligned with overall business objectives.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
