• Oversee daily custody operations, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a team of custody specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve custody processes and enhance client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of custody services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing new solutions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in custody operations or a related role.
• Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with custody software such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar tools.
• Certification in custody operations or financial services is a plus.
