📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of waiters to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Take orders, deliver food and beverages to tables, and ensure timely and accurate service.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Assist in inventory management and ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked.,Train and develop new waiters to ensure they meet the company's high standards of service.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet service targets and deadlines.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a waiter or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and dining etiquette.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid food handling certificate and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene.
