📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations in the assigned area.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.,Lead and mentor a team of Area Managers to ensure high performance and productivity.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify and address operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or distribution industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices.
