📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.,Ensure accurate and timely inventory counts and reconciliations.,Maintain and enforce warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Manage and train warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Implement and monitor inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.,Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the warehouse environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
