📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting in the design and construction of retail stores, ensuring that they meet all safety and structural standards.
  • Reviewing and approving structural drawings and calculations.
  • Conducting site inspections to ensure that construction is progressing according to plan and that all safety and quality standards are being met.
  • Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Providing technical support and advice to the project team.
  • Ensuring that all regulatory and safety requirements are met.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Providing training and mentoring to junior team members.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the structural engineering field, with a focus on retail or commercial construction.
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Valid professional engineering license is a plus.
