📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives and support staff in the assigned area.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular site visits to assess customer needs and address any issues.,Participate in training and development programs for the sales team.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the sales or distribution industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
